They were 3-0 behind in fifteen minutes through some keeping mistakes although Mel Berry slotted home a penalty to pull a goal back before the break.
Two goals were conceded straight after the break and Carly Snell and the goalkeeper went off injured, but this inspired the team for the remaining 20 minutes to hold out without any further scoring.
