Report

Rosi Webb’s rich goalscoring run continued with a hat-trick as Spurs easily saw off the challenge from Ebbsfleet United to move second in the table.

A first half strike from a Dom Clarke free-kick gave Spurs the lead, but in the second half, Webb (pictured right) netted coolly after Faye Callaway’s pass cut open the defence and coming after a contentious disallowed goal for the visitors.

After this Ebbsfleet lost their discipline with two players being booked and a penalty conceded when the keeper hauled Webb down. Mel Berry stepped up to bury the spot-kick and Webb was freed by Gill Blackmore to fire home for her third and Tottenham’s fourth as their good league form continues.

Squad: Lacey Amato, Dom Clarke, Athena Yennaris, Kerry Daniells (Hannah Charman), Kelly Herrett, Gill Blackmore, Mel Berry, Jessie Richards, Rosi Webb, Faye Callaway (Jenny Curtis), Claire Singh (Samrawit Bereket). Unused subs: Kat Clifton.
